TEK Screenshots

TEK runs within a normal web browser. The TEK distribution includes a customized version of Firefox that is pre-configured to talk to TEK rather than to the Internet. However, it is also straightforward to configure other web browsers to talk to TEK.

	On the search tab, users can prepare queries by entering search terms or URL requests. When a connection is available, the prepared queries can be sent to TEK via email.
	On the queries tab, users can view pending and returned queries. Each query has a link to the resulting pages matching the search terms.
	On the results tab, users can search the local database of returned pages. Results can be tabulated by relevance or by date.
	Each result page has the same text as it does online. However, the TEK Server has simplified the page considerably in order to reduce bandwidth requirements.
